Weddington Wildcat 2019 Talent showcase
Friday, April 12th at 6pm in the WMS Gym!
Got talent? Are you a singer, dancer, or a comedian? Maybe you have another unique and interesting talent you’d like to share? We’re calling all performers to come on out and audition for the annual Weddington Wildcat talent show!
- Registration forms will be sent home in your child’s class folder on Monday, March 11, 2019.
- Dates of importance, talent show rules and regulations, and audition requirements will be posted on the PTO website https://www.weddingtonpto.com by Friday, March 8, 2019. Please be sure to review them before sending in your registration form.
- Auditions are open to all students in grades K-5.
- VIP ticket sales available online March 25, 2019. Only 50 VIP seats are available. First come, first serve so please reserve your VIP seat early! $10 per/ticket.
- General Admission ticket sales available online April 4-11, 2019. $5 per/ticket
- Only General Admission tickets will be available on the night of the event. CASH ONLY.
- Concessions for purchase will be provided by our wonderful 5th graders. CASH ONLY.
- Single stem flowers for purchase will be provided by PTO. All proceeds go back to the school! CASH ONLY.

Thank you for your cooperation during the auditions. We really enjoyed seeing all of the talented Wildcats! We recently learned that we'll only be able to have 1 dress rehearsal, instead of the originally planned 3. This dress rehearsal will be on Thursday, April 11 from 3:45-5:45. One parent for each act MUST be present at dress rehearsals. If your child is participating as part of a group, please get together and decide which parent will be present for the group. Since this will be the only dress rehearsal, we want to ensure it runs smoothly and we're still working through the logistics, so please stay tuned for more information. In the meantime, please continue to practice your acts and we'll see everyone on April 11th for the dress rehearsal!
