Hello Weddington Families!
The PTO Board would like to take a moment to welcome each and every one of you back to school! We are very excited about the upcoming 2021-2022 school year and have many new events and plans for our Wildcats throughout the year! We hope you’ll join us in helping to make these events a huge success, and would like to thank you in advance for all of the support you can provide to WDES this year!
Getting involved is easy! If you would like to assist the PTO and help serve our school, please consider signing up to volunteer for a committee! On the Committees link on this website, you will find our Committee Description, where you are bound to find a committee to fit your talents and availability! Please read over each of these descriptions to find an opening that is the perfect fit for you! Once you’ve found your match, please click on the link to the Sign Up Genius, also located on that web page- and enter your name where you would like to volunteer. Then, members of the PTO and past chairpersons will helpfully get you started and guide you through!
As we gear up for the new school year, also remember to link your VIC Cards, Publix Cards and Red Robin accounts to our school! This is a simple way we can earn money for our school with each purchase you make at these retailers! Go to Free Money Programs under the Shop/Donate Link at the top of our website. (Please note: ALL cards need to be relinked at the beginning of each school year.)
